Boise Smash is a family owned business that came about in September 2024. High Demand for a quality smashburger at an affordable price created an opportunity for the owners to bring Boise Smash into fruition.
The opportunity to launch a Virtual Brand or Ghost Kitchen inside the West End Food Co allowed Boise Smash to flourish in a downtown market quickly. We are hoping to open a new location in a brick and mortar where our customers can dine in by the summer of 2025.
Not only do we offer incredible delicious Brioche Buns delivered daily by a local baker but also make all of our sauces and spreads from scratch.
